I have been lucky enough to spend the weekend test driving the new all electric Volvo EX30 in collaboration with Lloyd's Volvo Carlisle. As the proud owner of my second Volvo, I jumped at the chance to try their new compact electric model.
Looks and Style
Through my aesthetics treatments I endeavour to provide subtle, natural enhancements matching the goals of my clients. Similarly, the EX30’s design is sleek, subtle and adopts a natural appearance with it renewable and recycled materials. There are four interior themes inspired by Scandinavian nature adopting a modern minimalist Scandi-chic design.

Through the range of advanced treatments, I offer such as dermal fillers, skin boosters and anti-wrinkle treatments, I aspire to boost confidence helping people feel healthier and happier in their own skin. Just like the confidence inspiring EX30, which in the twin motor edition that I tested had an incredible 400bhp which gave a 0-60mph of 3.6 seconds. This compact SUV is sophisticated, safe and the fastest Volvo to be made, who wouldn’t feel empowered behind the wheel.
Safety & Style
It wouldn’t be Volvo without discussing the safety features, after all they invented the seatbelt! As a fully insured medical professional, currently in the process of undertaking a Level 7 Diploma in Facial Aesthetics, safety and excellence remain my top priorities for providing the safest and highest-quality treatments. Similarly, the electric Volvo EX30, despite its compact size, prioritises safety with a range of advanced technology. The car features door opening alert, pilot assist, collision avoidance systems and 360o cameras to ensure a safe driving experience.
The range of the vehicle was impressive, and I was quick to forget about any form of range anxiety with the vehicle making a journey from Carlisle to Bamburgh in Northumberland, with over 50% range remaining. A quick recharge whilst there meant I had more than enough range to explore the Northumberland scenery and get home with plenty of charge remaining.
